The Valstar 2000e is automatic test equipment for high-volume production enviroments.  It provides the testing of complex logic, analog function, embedded memory, and high-speed bus interfaces.

The enclosure is show here behind the existing test head.

Credence provided the internal chassis, but needed new appearance skins developed.

New front panels and top were designed, from concept to production, in one month to meet Semicon show date.

Construction is sheet metal surrounding an "organic form" plastic insert developed by another firm.
